Part 1 of my favorite outfits from the last year!


Posting outfits that are a bit older since I haven't posted for so long!

1. Fancy Melody
Dressed in full Angelic Pretty with a Vivienne Westwood necklace~
I don't often wear sets but I really like this one!



2. Wonder Cookie
Using a removable bow from the dress as a headbow and making the OP look different with a Liz Lisa cardigan over it. The socks are from aatp.



3.Chocolate Quartet
This is the outfit I got to wear for the Angelic Pretty Fashion show in Stockholm last year, I just love this look. >////<



4. Bubble Bath
Wearing the Bubble Bath OP from metamorphose. I went totally for the bubble bath theme with a duck and headpiece that I made to try and simulate bathfoam with bubbles. I love going for themes!

5. Dreamy Dollhouse
I wore this for Christmas last year, earlier the same day the grass was green and then it just started snowing so much! I had told a santa that I met before that I wished for snow for Christmas and it felt really magical.
I love Having contrasting colors.~



6. Sugar Dream Dome
I was going to wear this for Christmas but I didn't get it in time.

I haven't posted on daily_lolita for ages, so I thought now is a good time to share some outfits. ( ^ ^ )

A mix of Angelic Pretty, Milk and Baby the Stars Shine Bright.
I wanted to coordinate the dress in a different way from how I usually wear it, so I tried to go for a hime look with a bit of mix and match.


A more classic outfit featuring Innocent World, Alice and the Pirates and Grimoire.


This is one of my fovorite recent outfits. I tried to make it sweet but very simple. The braids hairstyle was recently taught to the audience at Frill Fest (a Swedish lolita event) and I really wanted to try it out. ( ^ ^ )

I spent the weekend with my two best friends, chibi_tenshi and infiniteneeya in Asheville, NC for a girls weekend. It was super hot and muggy so the outfits are quite casual.

Hello everyone!
I have a few new outfits to share with you!

I've taken to shooting my outfit pictures by balancing my camera on the stair bannister. I need a tripod so I am not having to stand in that weird corner just to be in shot, haha. The weather has been very random this summer, and it feels like I experienced all four seasons in the space of a fortnight.

The first two outfits were actually from the same day. first, I had to go to the shop to get fairy cake ingredients, before setting to work making them. After sweating all over my top (I never bake and did not realise just how much energy some cakes would expend!) I then had to go to a house viewing. I couldn't be bothered to make a whole new outfit so I worked around the same skirt.

Since darkromantica posted some pics of us together in her last entry in Paris, I wanted to post some of my Parisian outfits as well! LVER was such a great event and I had a lovely vacation with some of my favorite friends <3





My saturday outfit for the LVER event! I woke up 45 minutes before the event and was in a massive rush but was happy how this turned out. I am especially grateful to Anh Binh for always taking very flattering photos.

Hi everyone! It's been a long time (years...) since I made a post here on Daily Lolita, but I really miss sharing my coordinates in this community and making posts like this. I really just miss LJ in general haha, so nostalgic. Anyways, here are my favourite outfits from the past year, I hope you enjoy them!




I've since sold this Juliette et Justine JSK, but I really loved it!




The first of many coordiantes with IW's Lotta print in this post. It's my dream print!




I was really ecstatic to get the blue JSK in the release earlier this year.




I also got another dream item this year: Mary Magdalene's Gabriella coat in pink! All of the pieces are detachable, so it's a really versatile garment.




This is what I was wearing under the coat in the photo above!




This skirt, IW's Forest Harvest, was a very kind Christmas gift from a good friend. I wore this to a casual karaoke meetup.





Probably my favourite outfit of the year... I bought this pink BtSSB JSK on a whim and I've worn it so many times, definitely a good buy! This was my first time wearing a blonde wig, I'm not used to being blonde but it's fun to try new looks. I also unexpectedly matched my good friend Kate at Anime North 2015!




I organized the tea party at this year's Anime North, and our special guests were Baby the Stars Shine Bright. I was so happy that I could wear my dream BtSSB dress, Claudia the Fairytale Princess, for an event that was so special and important to me.




I don't usually wear Angelic Pretty anymore but Loyal Rosette really won my heart.




A super toned down Juliette et Justine outfit. It was so hot this day.




I'm a librarian, so this Juliette et Justine OP was one of my dream items. I bought it for an incredible price but it was much too big when I got it, I had to get so many alterations done but it was worth it since it fits so perfectly now.




This Mary Magdalene OP was the first classic lolita piece that I got many years ago and it's still one of my favourite dresses.




I visited the BtSSB store in NYC a couple of times in the past year! This Metamorphose dress is not actually mine, it was kindly leant to me by my friend Kate. It was really fun having her dress me up, huehuehue~





I wore this to WakuWaku NYC! The Triple Fortune bonnet was leant to me by my friend, I think it coordinates perfectly with the colours in IW's Lotta revival JSK <3




I also wore BtSSB's Seraphim OP at WakuWaku, I travelled there with my best friend Cadney and we snapped a shot with Putumayo designer Shunsuke Hasegawa and model Haruka Kurebayashi on the street... so cool (photo: Xin Lolita Photography)

A whole bunch of recent coordinates from the last month or so. I'm really excited for some of the new stuff I bought recently to come in the mail (like a new petticoat and a new blouse!) so I can up my game a little bit.

A coordinate I wore this morning to run errands while it was still cool enough to wear something cute. I managed to get my petticoat to have a bit more poof (with some clever safety pin work, lmao) but it is DEFINITELY on its way out :( I will miss it since I've had it since I first started doing lolita back in 2011. I really wish I had managed to get a better picture of the silvered crow skull necklace I wore but my camera was about to die.

I wore this coordinate on a day when it was actually cool out back in August. I wish my necklace weren't askew in the photo >:c. Everything is either offbrand or handmade. The necklace is from Spirit Halloween, though.

A quickie coordinate I put together for practice that I wore to run some errands. Everything offbrand or handmade -- shoes are from Rue21 and I love them, I wish I got the chance to wear them more often
I REALLY wish I'd gotten a photo of this coord in full -- but I only got these cute selfies. I wore it to a block party on my fiance's father's block! I wish I could remember where the crystal flower necklace came from. I want to do another coord with my giant sun hat sometime.


I actually changed into this coordinate partway through the day on the day I posted  my first coordinate on this account. The skirt is bodyline (obv). You can also kinda see my son peeking into the picture in the bottom pic. I'm not super happy with this coord, tbh but for posterity's sake, I'm sharing it here.

Hi everyone!

Now Regalia is over, I thought it was time to post the rest of my 2015 coords. I hope you like them ❤

In June I went to the catastrophic Hamburg event and this was my outfit for the Friday tea party. I wanted to be very princess like with this dress, so I spent a huge amount of time to style my natural hair and wig together to a voluminous updo!

My coord for the Saturday of the Hamburg event. Wore Juliette et Justine again, this dress is my dream dress and wanted to do it justice with a simple coord, focussing on the dress.

In July we had the yearly Dutch summer picnic and decided to be very classical for the ocassion, with a gorgeous embroidered necklace my friend made me and my favourite Baby dress ❤

This is my coord for the Harry Potter meet we had this summer too! I saved this gorgeous Meta set for the occasion, to represent my house (　^ω^) It was held in the railway museum and couldn't resist fooling around the trains!

At the end of August, I organized a meeting to a romantic classic music festival. I wanted to look as romantic as I could, with hints to longing for nature as the brooch, but it turned out more rococo. I had fun anyway!

And last weekend was Regalia, this is my Saturday coord for being a shopgirl at Moss Marchen. Decided to be casual gothic to be comfortable! Wearing all the Moss Marchen accessories to represent!!

And my Regalia tea party coord! ❤ I graduated on the center panel of Bosch' Garden of Delights, so this dress has a special place in my heart. It is super loud, but loved to make it even louder and make a super psychedelic match with the room haha.

I wore a little coordinate to go to the library and do some stichomancy this morning. It was cold and rainy so I went with something witchy that had a LOT of layers.

I really wish that the full body shot hadn't been so blurry, but out of all the ones I took, it was honestly the best one.


Shoes aren't even remotely loliable, but I wore them because it was rainy out and I wanted something a little bit more water proof, lol. Also included a detail shot of my new headpiece -- which I made from a sparrow skull that I found last year and have been TRYING to figure out what to make with it... I think I made the right choice!

Hello everyone! This is my first time posting here and I have a few coords to share from this week. I'm trying to actively wear lolita a lot more, as it always improves my mood.



I wore this to meet my mum in town for tea. I was running a bit late so I didn't have time to do much with my hair! Here, I am wearing my new purchases from Regalia – an Owloli skirt, Alchimia Accessories hairclip, Li.Paro necklace and Innocent World bag (marked down to 50% off, score!). The blouse is also Innocent World. I am in the market for new everyday-shoes as these Oxfords are worn out, and I'm not sure what to get next or to just buy the same shoes again in Clarks. I would like some cream shoes to go with my bag but they don't go with everything the way these do.





On Friday I took the day off work to go to London with my mum and sister. We spent the day at the Natural History Museum and in the evening went to see Les Mis for the first time. (I cried way too much though, it was exhausting!) The OP is from Grimoire, bought at last year's TPC event, Revelry. The hairclip is Innocent World and was a free gift in the VIP tote bag at Regalia, which was also where I bought these amazing Violet Fane tights – I love them because they come in larger sizes. I made the bag for Regalia, and here is a close up of it:



Ok, I have to admit something here: I cheated with this coord! As we were spending the day on our feet I needed more practical shoes and bag, so I switched these out for brown oxfords and a matching satchel. I also didn't want to get in people's way at the theatre so I didn't wear the petticoat. So it became more of an otome / dolly kei coord instead!




This last coord was to meet friends for dinner and drinks last night (the reason I look so tired here is because I didn't have time to take a photo beforehand, so this is when I got back). I wore a Bodyline OP and bolero. I matched my beret, bolero and shoes (black), and my bag and tights (burgundy).

Just before I go, I'd like to share my Regalia coord with you. I'm quite proud of it because I designed and made the dress myself, and I'm planning to post work in progress shots and a pattern walkthrough on my blog when I have the time.





I wanted to go with a fairy-queen look, hence the flower crown. I thought about wings but chickened out as I thought it made it look too costumey – this already felt very OTT for me. All the accessories (apart from the bag) and blouse are from Taobao.

A pair of casual coordinates that I wore recently. The first isn't TOTALLY casual, but I'm going to categorize it as such since I'm wearing a cutsew. The first is a 1920s themed semi-classic coordinate, the second is a punky-gothic coordinate for a rainy day!

Casual 20's esque coordinate.  Hat & Peignoir are from ebay -- everything else is thirfted/offbrand except for the skirt which is handmade!

And the punky-gothic casual coordinate I wore out for dinner. I wish I had gotten a better picture of the socks :( they're really cute crochet with white lace at the top (which is part of why I did a black coord with white accents) as well as a selfie and a REALLY PRETTY stained glass window.

These are a little bit dark bc the bar/restaraunt was dark. It wasn't until we were leaving that I remembered/realized that there's a wall of these windows in the entrance (which is much better lit) but we were trying to head out as quickly as possible, so I didn't make my fiance take another photo. (He's so patient, lol, I adore him.)

Everything offbrand/thrifted, except for the skirt which is handmade by me (there's a skull applique on it that you can KINDA see in the pictures) and the necklace I'm wearing which is also handmade and I got it at a local craft fair.

Hi everyone! I have some new coordinates to share!

The first outfit is the one I wore to the Tea Party Club event, Regalia. I hope one of the photographers who were there on the day uploads a picture of me because I didn't get any decent outfit shots that day. I went for an old school theme. The chunky shoes I ordered were too small so I had to make do with my gold shoes instead, in an attempt to bring out the gold embroidery of my dress (most of which is covered by my bag, haha). I ran late to meet my friends that morning because it took 40 minutes to curl my hair! Worth it, though.

I don't know about you. But I'm feeling twenty-two.
My birthday was a very peaceful affair seeing as I was home alone. That probably sounds a bit lonely but it was by no means a negative experience. I tested out my new tripod, dressed up, marvelled at how huge my hair was after I brushed out the previous day's curls. and generally lounged about. Good weather rounded off the whole affair. I tried on the bolero/cutsew I bought in the Bring and Buy at Regalia.

On this day I had to pop into town to restock my handmade bloomers at the local crafts boutique where I work sometimes. It was a sunny day, so I wore a casual cutsew coord.

Yesterday, I attended a photoshoot meetup. Our comm is part of the 2016 Tea Party Club calendar, and our month is April. I came up with a springtime gardening theme, and one of the other girls brought their photographer sister along to conduct the pgotoshoot. We used the Botanic Garden in Oxford as our photoshoot location, and there were so many gorgeous flowers and plants in full bloom. It was such a dreamy place and I can't wait to go again! I went with a country-ish print. I ended up removing the red bow and wristcuffs because they didn't really seem to be serving a purpose, but looking back, perhaps they made sense after all.
