Hi ya'll!
I realize I haven't posted in a while, so here are a couple recent coords that I actually got pictures of ^_^

This was my Winter ILD coord last year. It was a pretty chilly night, but I got to dress my lil sis up too and make her my loli-accomplice (lone lolita out here xD). These heels are wool-lined so even though I wasn't quite sold with how much they fit the coord, I forced 'em in for warmth.

Hello! I realise now I have not posted here, even though I occasionally take pictures of my outfits. For as much as I wear my clothes I do have a horrible habit of never photographing. >.<;;

This is most recent, style swap last week with my friend. I told her the bunnies in the print look scary. She wore my Wonder Cookie in exchange. Everything is Alice and the Pirates except for the brooch (Elegy, I think?), and the shoes, and the blouse is Innocent World.


I had gotten into the habit of obscuring my face in February - March. Lots of pressure at work means very little sleep and I just couldn't get the harsh shadows out from my face, so I drew over instead. I love wearing casual clothes, however I rarely photograph them so this was very different for me.
Everything here is AP save for the socks (Metamorphose) and the shoes. I am not certain where I got the necklace as it was a gift.

In late february the flowers started to bloom so I got a chance to wear one of my favorite dresses for a little stroll. I stuck my headpiece on a hat to keep the sun out from my eyes.

Mid-february - march I clearly had a certain theme going with my few photos. This was a cloudy day and the colors didn't show through so well on this print because of it. It's heartbreaking because this particular print has many beautiful pinks, blues, and yellows in it. One of my favorite dresses to wear because of all of the popping colors.

Hello everybody!!
I was on break for part of May so I took a lot of coordinate photos. I thought I might share them with you all! some of them aren't even posted yet on my social media. ;)



First was a virtual "tea party" with a friend and some others using Google. ;) Vampire Forest is one of my favorite prints. I wish the lighting was better that day for photos! AatP dress, Peace Now lace shawl, etc.


I look so derpy in this one lol. I like pairing black x white themes with this print though. I want more blue accessories to go with this. BABY dress&socks, AP & Meta blouse and accessories.

My camera died in this photo so it's super blurry. I still have to get a new one. Unfortunately that means the rest of my photos had to be taken outside or in my sunroom so that the lighting would be good enough to capture prints. RIP, Clunky the Camera! IW dress, AP socks, etc.


Ah, world goth day! We had a fun potluck in the park and I decided to go in kuro in one of my favorite dresses, Shadow Dream Carnival. The sun was in my face so I wore my silly hipster sunglasses for most of the time. This dress breathes unbelievably well in the Atlanta heat. AP dress, Peace Now capelet, etc, etc...


Quartet Chocolate was one of those dresses that I saw and went "yes, I must have this." Unfortunately it's one that only really works for the autumn, so I stubbornly decided to try and wear it in a summery way. It ended up really cute but the burberry is still waaaay too thick and stuffy to wear in the summer. AP dress&blouse, BABY socks...


Last but not least, ILD! It was a rainy day but that didn't stop me from putting together an outfit with Wonder Cookie, it just meant sleeves and a hood would be in order instead of ankle socks and short sleeves. This is the dress that got me into lolita so it's super sentimental for me. :) I also finally joined Closet of Frills after years of debating, so I am slowly figuring out this photo collage thing. Almost everything here is AP except for blouse, capelet, shoes, and some accessories.

That's just about everything that I photographed. I hope everyone had an excellent ILD & and a wonderful start of summer! (Except for the southern hemisphere, to which have a happy winter, haha)

Hello everyone, long time no post- it's been almost exactly a year since I last posted! ^^;

Hiiiii!

I realize I never posted here before even though I've been interested in lolita for so many years. I'll just put up some random picture and if you feel like commenting or suggesting feel free to do so!



Of course, I know my outfits aren't perfect...There is something missing most of the time! (Like, i'm in need of shoes and blouses hahaha!)
Also crappy background as an added bonus!

I've been into lolita for at least 5 years, so there are older pictures!



Musée du chocolat outfit. I love most things about chocolate, so I could just not let this one pass!


Jewelry jelly! I didn't put the full picture because this dress is sooooo short on the tall person I am! But this print is what made me fall in love with lolita! I have almost every variant like OP, Jsk, and both types of skirt haha!



What, you'd think I wouldn't own Chess Chocolate when I already said I loved chocolate?
:) Although Jewelry Jelly was love at first sight, Chess Chocolate was the first big brand lolita dress that I bought! Bag was handmade!



Wha-whaaat? Okay. I really do love chocolate!
I've worn boots because it was winter, but I don't think it's quite flattering. Oh well!



Well that's a cute cat. That cute cat also decided he liked my skirt and put his claws in it. I rescued my skirt the best I could, but I know where its flaws are now. :(
This was my first lolita purchase: a Dear Celine skirt!



I've owned this set for quite some time. But-could-never-find-shoes-to-fit-with-it.
I'm kind of glad how it turned out! This is a one of a kind Megan Maude OP! I hope it brings back memories if the persons who owned it before me see it!



This is a...not so lolita outfit I think. It's too light, but it was summer and I was already dying from heat so I couldn't have worn socks on that day. Sorrrryyyyy! The skirt is Body Line!



Mary Magdalene Jsk Irena. I always loved that brand, but most of their dresses are too smol for me. Until I saw that dress with a lot of shirring! It had to be bought.

I've been collecting lolita for 2.5 years now and am really still working on coordinating and fleshing out my wardrobe.

Thanksgiving coord ^_^ I stayed up all night cooking so that dinner could be ready by 2pm, since I had work that day at 5. So...this was an experiment xD was going for an OTT sweet valentine's coord for a contest but ran out of time trying to make some of the pieces (it took me a week outside of work to handsew the apron, embroider and sew the hair pillows, and add lace to the turtleneck). This is still a work in progress, especially as the apron needs tailoring. The shoe clips were a mistake lol

My goals for this year are to:

• create/wear more gothic coords


• chillax on pouncing on main pieces


• fill out my wardrobe with essentials (more legwear! more headwear! more blouses!)


• move away from merely collecting pieces and into cultivating a daily wardrobe--even if I can't actually wear lolita everyday

If it can't be cohesive, I def want my wardrobe to at least be fully functional.

I've been pretty negligent in regards to having full coords for each new piece. I look forward to buying more wisely and improving my color balance!

I am also going to work hard on collecting loliable flats/sneakers that I can wear when I'm working. You've probably noticed the various tennis shoes I've tried to make work lol I work a lot between 2 on-my-feet jobs so I'd love to find cute comfy sneakers moving forward.

So the bi-annual Winter International Lolita Day was this last Saturday, which coincided with a local Christmas parade! I finally had a chance to meet up with my local Lolita community. It was a blast to meet so many new faces, especially considering I'm just coming out of a two year hiatus with the fashion.

I'm wearing Elegy's Eat Your Heart Out JSK, which I recently got from a dress trade with a friend. Everything else is off-brand or vintage.(It has vicera!!! And cannibalism imagry!!! Perfect for Christmas!!!)

I'm not 100% happy with the co-ord, but it was extremely last minute and rushed. I Literally got the JSK the day before the event. I also seriously need to make an underskirt for this thing, none of my petticoats are nearly long enough for a tea length dress.

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day coords ^_^

First up is my Christmas Eve coord, which I wore to see The Force Awakens with my lil sis.
Took a risk with the adorable holiday cat-ears headband I found--I think it turned out pretty cute (and hopefully not cringey lol). Also, pardon the unruly OTKs...forgot my sock garters ^_^"

My coordinate for Densetsu, a convention in it's first year. The lolita lounge had a Cinema doll themed photo area.

This coord is from October, my lolita posse and I went to a local(ish) vintage market that happens every weekend. I decided to be a little experimental, go for that slightly mismatched vibe somme old school coords have.

I haven't posted in awhile because of some issues I was having (kept being posted to /cgl/'s ita thread and it kept me from posting for awhile). Anyway -- here's a collection of some of my more "recent" coordinates below the cut.

September:

A really casual punk-esque coordinate I wore at the end of September to go to dinner with my fiance's family. I love black and white color schemes

October:

Outfit Rundown:
All handmade/offbrand.

A casual goth-y coordinate that I wore out on a walk/running errands with my toddler before picking my fiance up from work. I was REALLY into pigtails and B&W coordinates at the time.

Another casual b&w coordinate that I wore out for errands and to a few appointments.  I had actually made the skirt and cardigan to go together as they both have the same skull applique on them.

Did a "broken doll" costume for Halloween and decided to wear a quick Lolita coordinate with it -- as well as false eyelashes. I wish I could've gotten a better photo of the coordinate itself, but I'm super proud of the makeup.

December:

I wore this coordinate out with my fiance's family when we went to a Christmas tree expo. I've been really wanting to mix red and black lately. I've finally got a red blouse now so SOON I should be doing one that's not so heavily black. (I do love that the purse matches my tights perfectly, though).

And this coodinate I wore out today to run errands/go to the library. As you can see, I am almost constantly changing my hair. I didn't realize I wasn't wearing any necklaces until after I took the pics (somehow) and I didn't feel like stomping upstairs to throw one on so I went without.
